Session recordings
Every live session is automatically recorded and stored securely in your account. Parents can review any session at any time. Recordings are never shared without consent.
24-hour dispute window
Not satisfied with a session? You have 24 hours to raise a dispute. Our team reviews the session recording and issues a full refund if the session didn't meet our standards.
Progress tracking
Tutors submit structured session notes after every lesson. Parents and learners see a clear record of topics covered, progress made, and areas to focus on next.
Real-time support
Our support team is available during all session hours. If a technical issue disrupts your session, we'll make it right: either with a credit or a full refund.
How we verify every tutor
No tutor reaches a student without completing all four stages. Approval typically takes 24–48 hours.
Identity verification
Every tutor submits a valid government-issued ID. We verify authenticity before granting access.
Credential checks
Tutors upload teaching qualifications, degrees, and certifications. Our team reviews and validates each one.
Background screening
A standard DBS or equivalent background check is required. Tutors with relevant convictions cannot join.
Ongoing monitoring
Any report or complaint triggers an immediate review. Tutors who fall below standard are suspended pending investigation.
